Spending a few minutes reading that is crucial to a better understanding of the product: this applies everywhere.

Information is power
So the better you can manipulate/control the information, the more power you have. And the first and probably most important operation of them all is finding information.
Knowing how to find a certain piece of information can mean the difference between doing your job quickly and effectivly and wasting days/weeks to solve a "small" problem.
